11:07:48 <ChrisMorgan> zap0: It is possible that our policy will bend to supporting 64-bit versions of some applications like 7-Zip where there is an appreciable performance increase in using a native 64-bit version over the 32-bit version through WOW64, but even then we won't be putting it in the main package, it'll be an addon, as it will double the size of it.
