16:15:44 <Gizmokid2005> *sigh* No it's not. That is *not* a bug. It's in the temp folders, especially if it's Local Settings or Temporary Internet Files, those are windows managed folders. They were created because the app uses some kind of web connections that use the local caches.
16:23:09 <Gizmokid2005> The fact is the app *cannot* cleanup any folders that are not its own. If they can/are used by other things (explorer, internet explorer, installers, etc) they cannot be touched.
