18:26:36 <ChrisMorgan> pa_0237: I'm not certain /why/ it would be happening if it isn't still running (it should finish fairly quickly - depending on drive speed - and then clear the block), but a simple fix which will make it work again is to delete Data\PortableApps.comLauncherRuntimeData-InstantBirdPortable.ini.

18:28:16 <pa_0237> I had this problem every second time I restart Windows 7. The point is that I don't shut Instantbird down before sutting down Win7. Somehow I have the impression that Instantbird is not very robust.
