02:18:18 <pa_8413> whenever I try to start an app from portableapps.com it says "another instance of the program is starting. please wait for it to start before launching again" I do not have another instance of any of the programs running. they were working fine yesterday. and I have tried rebooting the computer all to no avail. the programs in question are Filezilla portable, Icofx portable, and 7zip portable.
