23:24:35 <JohnC139> What I'm searching for is a specific issue regarding KeePass Portable 1.x installed via PortableApps.com Platform installed to a Dropbox. The specific question regards an autorun.inf.backup file that's created in the ...\PortableApps.com\Data folder. The file is created when opening ProtableApps.com Platform on my Win7 machine, and is removed by same action on (2) different Win8.1 machines.

23:28:01 <JohnC139> Closing and reopening on the same machine skips the error, because the "state" that machine expects pre-exists. But once it's opened/closed on other OS machine, error is genereated once, state is changed (file created or removed), and subsiquent runs perform without error.
