23:16:14 <Digi-Foo> Hi, I just upgraded my netbook from W7Pro x86 to Win10 Pro x86 I still have the PA apps dir on the root of c:\ I tried to reinstall the PA platform into the app directory but the launcher doesn't recognise the apps from PA that was installed in W7. What do I need to do to have the launcher see the apps on C:\

23:42:15 <Digi-Foo> When I reran the Portable apps platform setup tool I installed in into the preexisting c:\Portable Apps directory so right now start.exe is in the same directory with the apps from the previous install.
23:48:34 <Digi-Foo> I closed the launcher that was running and reran start.exe from inside the c:\Portable Apps directory but the launcher still doesnt see any apps on the Hdd, but instead presents a list and wants me to choose which apps to install.
