08:12:52 <ACfromTX> BeVegan: If memory serves, the HiRen's CD contained a Mini-XP that had some functionality, if you prefer something on the MS-Win platform. I haven't looked but maybe also ReactOS may also be promising along that line as well. If you do not mind going to a Linux distro, I would go to DistroWatch, where you can search for linux distributions based on various criteria/uses.
