16:22:51 <pa_1893> Firts-time user. Installed Platform. Set Options to list apps smart, by catetory, only installed, open-source apps, expand categories by default. All I get is an alphabetical list of apps. What am I missing?

19:20:44 <pa_6997> I have Chrome portable latest version. Are automatic updates disabled because in the non-portable install there's no way to disable them?
19:22:32 <Gizmokid2005> pa_1893: do you have a "back" button at the bottom of the platform per chance?
19:22:50 <Gizmokid2005> pa_6997: yes, I'm pretty sure Chrome's auto-updates are disabled in the portable version because they require another service on the machine to perform.
19:23:39 <pa_6997> Thanks. What do you mean by a back button?
19:24:09 <pa_6997> Never mind you weren't talking to me.
19:24:13 <pa_6997> Thanks. Bye

19:55:03 <Dave___> Hi, I was using Opera Portable 43.0.2442.1144 with the built in VPN activated. When I closed and opened the program at a later time the program have updated and all my pinned and unpinned tabs were lost.
19:55:23 <Dave___> Is that normal?

21:16:04 <pa_3781> Hello. I have a bug with gvim and notepad2 portable where I get a message saying Another Instance of it is starting. Please wait for it to start before launching iti again.
21:16:10 <pa_3781> Does anyone know how to fix this?
21:17:12 <pa_3781> I've checked Task Manager and they aren't running and I'm assuming it's because my system crashed tthat they are still "running"
