(I maintain multiple sets of PortableApps setups locally, and would download once to a local machine, then install as needed in each setup to reduce my bandwidth usage.)

22:50:58 <ACfromTX> Gizmokid2005, I went to the "Portable App Directory" (https://portableapps.com/apps), and checked several of the apps that had been updated recently ("Q-Dir", "McAfee Stinger", "Quite RSS", "Mozilla Thunderbird", "Opera", and "Google Chrome", if memory serves), but when I look today they have been changed back to having the links present (on the ones I have checked so far).
