17:18:14 <guestV> Non-portable are those ones that install stuff everywhere across system including registry, thus not enough to copy just the folder inside Program files.
17:19:27 <guestV> Portable ones are the opposite, they normally install all their stuff inside one folder typically inside Program files, so one could just copy it to pass to another system.
